Once you place an order with us we aim to package it and dispatch it within 1-2 days. Unfortunately, Royal Mail is striking on the 14th, 15th, 23rd and 24th December. During and around these days we will send your package via Evri to try and ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

Please note that due to the postal strikes and volume of orders being dispatched this Christmas around the UK we cannot guarantee the usual delivery time of 2-5 days. Therefore, during this period orders are placed with the understanding that we can not guarantee delivery before Christmas.

In the event that your order arrives after Christmas the normal returns policy applies. Moreover, our terms and conditions for delayed and lost packages still applies during this period. A package is only considered lost if it has not been delivered after 14 business days and only after these 14 business days will we refund the order.
